can they threaten to tear down your house no mojones ....even if maybe it is in the fifty meter zone.
now they are saying that the fifty meters is from the high tide level....THERE SEEMS TO BE CONTRADICTION THERE, ALSO.</description>

If you buy land with the intent of applying for the concession, you should be aware that any neighboring property owner can apply for the concession.  It is important to apply quickly so as to be first in line.  Having good legal representation is crucial.  Your attorney should be very knowledgeable and have a GOOD reputation with the local government.</description>
